This study evaluates the non-financial performance of bank branches in Ghana. Its objectives were to examine the nature of banking services, assess non-financial performance, and identify factors influencing this performance. A sample of 150 respondents, including managing directors, branch managers, department heads, staff, and customers, was selected through convenient sampling in the Accra Metropolis.
