The impact of Organizational Climate on employees' performance

Organizational climate describes the “set of attributes specific to a specific organization that will be induced from the way that organization deals with its members and its environment.” For these organizations to survive and compete with their rivals, they have to reinforce their organizational climate. This enhanced organizational climate of the organization should guarantee employees just like the secretary who increase the worth and lift the quality of the organization with their performance. Therefore, the study investigates the “impact of organizational climate on employee performance”. To realize this a convenience sampling technique was wont to select from the targeted population on the management of some selected organizations. A closed-ended questionnaire was distributed to get primary data information from the chosen respondents. The info collected was supported quantitative research method and analyzed in descriptive form with the assistance of the SPSS software application. A number of the findings revealed that the organizational climate provides efficient pathways for communication among members and their working environment. However, organizational climate influences the relationships that delineate the authority and functional responsibility of an employee. Finally, the researcher recommended that studies be conducted on the research topic to supply organizations with more information and knowledge on how organizational climate affect their employees’ performance.
