This study evaluates the non-financial performance of bank branches in Ghana. Its objectives were to examine the nature of banking services, assess non-financial performance, and identify factors influencing this performance. A sample of 150 respondents, including managing directors, branch managers, department heads, staff, and customers, was selected through convenient sampling in the Accra Metropolis. Data were collected via questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS (Version 26), presented through percentages, frequencies, and tables. The findings indicate that non-financial performance enhances value for money and banking knowledge. The study recommends greater operational independence for branches to improve service efficiency.
